BIOGRAPHY

This is an artist driven by emotion, energy, and an unrelenting passion for sound. Pinkque is a DJ, producer, and creative visionary whose music bridges the worlds of uplifting trance, progressive trance, tech trance, and techno. Known for her storytelling and powerful projection on stage, she’s one of the most diverse and emotionally expressive forces in the scene today.

Pinkque: “Music has always been my way of translating what I can’t put into words, it’s how I process everything - the highs, the lows, and everything in between.”

Whether she’s behind the decks or in the studio, Pinkque projects emotion with intensity. Her performances are immersive and unpredictable - big beautiful melodies, driving basslines, and moments of pure catharsis. She’s performed across Europe, UK, Australia, South Africa and South America, including seven sold-out solo shows in Argentina, commanding crowds with both power and heart.

THE BEGINNING

Growing up in Melbourne, Australia, Pinkque was drawn to music not just as sound, but as something powerful enough to express things she couldn’t speak. Her earliest encounters with electronic music were behind the decks, burning CDs and teaching herself the craft. In her words:

Pinkque: “I had such a passion for how DJs can really make or break your night in a nightclub, I was inspired by a local female trance DJ here in Melbourne and I remember distinctively watching her play and turning to a friend and saying ‘That’ll be me one day’.”

In 2011 she began focusing on DJing - buying her first set of CDJs (Pioneer CDJ-200’s) and a mixer, practising every day for hours, burning tracks, honing her craft.  Within a year or so, the momentum started: she launched a radio show on Belgium-based TFB Radio as she began shifting toward uplifting trance, then soon after hosted live on-air shows in Melbourne on KISS FM and joined Afterhours FM.

As the DJ side matured, so did her desire to create her own music. During a breakthrough moment - her first international performance in Prague in 2013 - Pinkque felt an unmistakable pull toward production. Over the following years, she refined her sound, developed her  style, and began gaining momentum within the global trance community touring across the world. By 2017, however, what had once been purely exhilarating began to feel heavy. The combination of industry pressures and personal mental health challenges led her to make one of the hardest decisions of her career - to step away from the scene and focus on healing.

Pinkque: “Taking a mental health break was imperative … I was really struggling … I allowed a lot to really affect me … I could go through an entire list of examples of things I experienced … but all of this impacted my perspective of being in the music industry in the past.”

But stepping away wasn’t the end - it was the reset. In that hiatus between 2020 and 2024 she healed, learned to protect herself, and found clarity. She returned with a renewed focus: keeping her head down, working hard and telling her story.

Pinkque: “I now focus on what I want to do and what makes me feel good and the ability to ignore any negativity that might come my way going forward.”

And so the next chapter began: the creation of her debut album Beautiful Struggle - a body of work shaped by the darkest times, the healing process, and ultimately hope.

Pinkque: “I wanted to do an album for emotional release … I knew I wanted the album to be a journey through my struggles – so as I worked on myself mentally the sound and the direction of the album changed to more hopeful and uplifting as opposed to the darkness and heaviness at the beginning.”

THE DJ

As soon as Pinkque steps into the booth, the world fades away. Her full focus turns to the music, the energy in the room, and the connection between the two. Once the first note hits, the atmosphere shifts - lights rise, anticipation builds, and the crowd becomes part of something bigger. To witness a set by Pinkque is to feel completely immersed - to lose yourself in emotion, rhythm, and unity.

Mixing with precision and passion, she moves effortlessly between uplifting trance, tech trance, and techno, blending cinematic storytelling with explosive energy. Each transition feels intentional, every drop carefully placed. It’s this instinctive ability to balance beauty with power that makes her performances truly stand out.

Pinkque: “When I’m on stage, it’s pure connection - just energy flowing between me and the crowd. It’s like we’re breathing together.”

Her DJ career has taken her across continents - from sold-out solo shows in Argentina to headline performances throughout Australia, Europe, South Africa and South America, including Paraguay, Germany, Prague, Poland, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the UK. In Argentina, where trance culture runs deep, she’s become a fan favourite; seven of her shows there have sold out entirely.

Pinkque: “One of the most defining and transformative moments in my career was a show I played in Argentina back in 2017… that night truly saved my life.”

Each performance carries her signature emotional intensity - a reflection of the same vulnerability and strength that define her productions. For Pinkque, a set isn’t just a series of tracks, but a story unfolding in real time. Her ability to read the crowd, to project her energy outward, and to build an emotional narrative has earned her a reputation as one of the scene’s most authentic performers. She doesn’t just play to the audience; she plays with them.

Pinkque: “Every time I walk off stage, I feel changed. The people, the connection, the release - that’s what it’s all about. It’s why I do what I do.”

Whether in intimate clubs or on festival stages, Pinkque’s sets remind people of what electronic music is truly about - unity, emotion, and the power of sound to heal and uplift.

THE PRODUCER

When she’s not performing around the world, Pinkque is most at home in her studio - a space where emotion becomes sound and storytelling takes shape through melody. Giving meaning to her belief that “music is projection - it’s how I translate everything I feel,” she continues to redefine what modern trance can be, the raw with the beautiful.

Since bursting onto the trance scene in 2011, Pinkque has built an impressive catalogue of original releases and remixes that showcase her diversity as both producer and composer. Her singles ‘Reborn,’ ‘Ghost of You,’ ‘Breathe Fire,’ ‘Better Than This,’ and ‘Divergent’ all soared through the Beatport Top 100 Trance Charts, establishing her as a fast-rising name in the global scene. Her single ‘Hereafter’ was voted #1 on Ferry Corsten’s Corsten’s Countdown, while ‘The Aggressor’ was named “The Future Sound” on Aly & Fila’s Future Sound of Egypt, marking a major career milestone.

Her productions have earned the support of some of the biggest names in the industry - including Armin van Buuren, MaRLo, Andrew Rayel, Aly & Fila, XiJaro & Pitch, Darren Porter, Ferry Corsten and more - with plays on iconic platforms such as A State of Trance, Find Your Harmony, and FSOE. In 2018, her remix for MaRLo 'Always Be Around' drew widespread attention and being played at Untold Festival and Tomorrowland by both Armin Van Buuren and MaRLo, further proving her ability to balance emotional depth with mainstage power.

A multi-genre talent at heart, Pinkque’s sound stretches across uplifting trance, tech trance, psy trance, and progressive, each track carrying her style and emotional storytelling. Her productions are built around a core belief - that music should make people feel something real.

After a three-year hiatus (2020-2024), Pinkque made her long-awaited return with her debut album Beautiful Struggle - a fifteen-track journey through light and darkness, resilience and hope. The album blends orchestral depth with trance euphoria, offering an unfiltered look into her personal evolution. Featuring cinematic interludes like ‘Fractured Mind,’ ‘Beacon of Hope,’ ‘Soul’s Compass,’ and ‘Home,’ it represents years of growth, healing, and rediscovery.

Pinkque: “I wanted Beautiful Struggle to feel like a 'film score' to my own life, Each piece represents a chapter - from darkness to light, fear to hope, and ultimately, home.”

Pinkque’s music has been released on some of the scene’s most respected imprints, including Reaching Altitude, Reason II Rise Music, Reason II Rise: Realms, Blackhole Recordings and Extrema Global Music - each representing a unique part of her creative identity. Her ability to shift seamlessly between euphoric, melodic trance and darker, with more experimental techno to come, she has earned her a reputation as one of the more versatile producers in the genre.

With her second artist album now in development, Pinkque continues to evolve, pushing her creative limits while remaining grounded in authenticity. Whether crafting a festival anthem or an uplifting anthem, every track is deeply personal - a reflection of who she is and where she’s been.

Pinkque: “Every track I make is a chapter of my life, some are heavy, some are hopeful - but they’re all real. And that’s what keeps me creating.”

THE RADIO HOST

For Pinkque, radio has always been more than a platform - it’s been a bridge between her and the global trance community. From her earliest days behind the decks, she found a deep connection in sharing music with others, guiding listeners through journeys of emotion and energy week after week.

Her first venture into radio began in 2011 with her show We Are Trance Radio on TFB Radio (Belgium), where she introduced her audience to the melodic and uplifting sounds that defined her early career. The show quickly gained attention for its heartfelt curation and flow - a reflection of her emerging artistic identity.

Soon after, Pinkque joined the ranks of Afterhours.FM, one of the world’s leading trance stations, further expanding her global reach. Broadcasting alongside some of the most respected names in the genre, she built a loyal international following, united by her emotional storytelling and distinctive sound.

In Melbourne, she brought her energy to KISS FM, hosting a live on-air show that connected local audiences to the wider world of trance. These live sessions showcased her passion not just for mixing, but for conversation - sharing insights, introducing upcoming artists, and immersing fans in the atmosphere of her sound.

In the following years, she launched another concept, Orchestrated Radio, combining her love for filmic composition and electronic structure - blending the worlds of classical inspiration and modern trance. The show ran until approximately 2017, marking the end of an era that spanned nearly a decade of broadcasting and community building.

Pinkque: “Radio was where I learned how much connection music can really create, even when you’re alone in the studio, somewhere out there, someone’s listening - and that’s powerful.”

Now, in 2025, Pinkque prepares to begin a brand-new chapter with All Systems Are Go! Radio - a weekly Soundcloud show that reflects her evolution as an artist. The show will feature both fresh new music and timeless classics, blending uplifting trance, tech trance, and techno into one journey of sound.
